Warren is the Chief Executive Officer of the Parenting Research Centre, a national organisation that aims to improve outcomes for children by connecting research and practice in family support. Trained in clinical psychology, Warren has over 25 years experience in developing, implementing and evaluating approaches to parenting support. Warren led the large scale Early Home Learning Study in Victoria, evaluating the effectiveness of an intervention designed to enhance the home learning environment of young children living in disadvantages families, and the development of practice frameworks for collaboratively working with parents in early childhood settings.
